We recently went to the Bostom Museum of Science and while there my wife purchased the book "Fundrum My Conundrum". Its a pretty fun brain teaser riddle type book with different levels of questions. Here's a sample of one of the easy questions:

A person who was unable to hear or speak entered a store to buy a wall mounted pencil sharpener. To make the clerk understand what he wanted, he poked a finger into his left ear and then made a grinding motion around is other ear with his fist. The clerk understood at once. A man who was unable to see now entered the store. How did he make the clerk understand that he wanted a pair of scissors?

Any guesses?

He layed on the floor and curled forward with his arms beside him. He then moved his legs side ways in a cutting motion. Wink

The answer is:

He said, "Can I buy a pair of scissors?"

Remember, the first customer was the one who couldn't speak or hear. The second customer was just blind! Smile
