The homeschools groups in my city (OKC) offer football to Jr and Sr high age boys, but AFAIK there's not many homeschool-specific sports for younger kids or girls.

We checked into our local YMCA soccer program for our youngest boy (8 yrs.) and he is loving it. They emphasize fun and sportsmanship over competition and the teams are made up of boys and girls together.

He is anything but a star athlete, so this program is good for him personally and most of the kids he plays with are also just "normal" little kids (not star athletes).

The OKC YMCA also offers basketball and flag football (and probably baseball or softball, I don't know for sure).
